forty-three copper-plates. Comprehending the routes from
London to every considerable town in England & Wales, and
the principal Cross Roads. With A Copious Index, containing
the distances from London, the market-days, and principal
inns. To which is annexed, the Routes of the Mail-Coaches,
and the heights of the principal mountains in England &

The preface, 'ADVERTISEMENT' describes the road book;
provides an index; and then lists mail coach routes, heights
of mountains, and descibes the strip maps. The rear cover
advertises other maps by Smith.

Roads of England & Wales AND PART OF SCOTLAND. Engraved on
Forty three Copper Plates. COMPREHENDING THE ROUTES FROM
