Map, colour lithograph? on Pegamoid cloth, Map of The Lake District of Cumberland, Westmorland and Lancashire, scale about 4 miles to 1 inch, for A W Rumney, published by George Philip and Son, 32 Fleet Street, London, and Liverpool, 1899.
Folded and inserted in a pocket in the front cover of the Cyclist's Guide to the English Lake District, by A W Rumney.
The uncoloured, except the blue sea and lakes, base map is overprinted with cycling roads coloured to indicate their surface quality. The map is printed on Pegamoid cloth, advertised as untearable, impervious to water, etc.
