Road strip map, uncoloured engraving, pl.162, part of The Road from Carlisle to Barwick, scale about 2 miles to 1 inch, with sections in Scotland, published by Emanuel Bowen, St Katherines, London, 1720.
From about Jedborough, through Kelso, Scotland; to Barwick, Northumberland; the map also has the continuation of descriptive text for Carlisle, and Jedburgh and Kelso.
Published in Britannia Depicta Or Ogilby Improv'd, with text by John Owen, by Emanuel Bowen from 1720 to after 1764.
