Stone rubble and painted render with slate roof. 2 storeys. The main part of the facade is symmetrical, of 5 bays with a frieze decorated with laurel wreaths. The ground-floor openings have plain painted surrounds. The 1st-floor windows are glazing-bar sashes with painted plain surrounds which rise above a storey band and have aprons below the window sills. The central bay is gabled in the form of a pediment and flanked by pilasters, and has paired round-headed lights. At the left 2 further bays project forwards under a gable and have a rusticated ground floor. A similar wing at the right-hand end has been rebuilt and is now of one bay." |
