source data:- | courtesy of English Heritage "Early C19. Scored stucco with stone quoins, moulded eaves with dentils. 3 storeys. Garden front has centre panelled door and round-arched fanlight and broken pediment on fluted consoles, and a porch of 2 Tuscan columns, frieze and cornice. The porch is continued at either side by a verandah of intersecting lattice work with pilasters and cornice, which continues round the side facades of the house. The garden front also has 2 Venetian windows on ground floor, and 3 sash windows on each upper floor with Gothic labels. A single storeyed pavilion at rear has a large bow window of 3 full length windows divided by pilasters and with a cornice. Exclude modern College additions." |
