Round, slightly tapering form, with remains of projecting wall to left. Opening has corbelled arch and is splayed. Timber beam above, with slate dripcourse, probably indicates lean-to shelter. Roughly cylindrical shaft, partly blocked, open at top. A well preserved example." |
