Cycling Pocket Road Book of England and Wales, published by
G W Bacon and Co, 127 Strand, London, 1900s.
The road book includes, as well as advertisements which are
dispersed through the volume - title page, contents,
introduction, list of routes from London, road map of
England and Wales, documented separately; list of cross
routes; rates for cycles on railways, definition of a mile,
lighting up times; 185 pages of itineraries, which give
distances from start and a few hotels, no route
descriptions; and an index to places.
