Detailed sketch of the walled yard adjoining a tall sandstone building to right of composition and a stable block to left in the cathedral close. A dripping pump stands beside a trough to right hand side of yard and a large barrel stands in opposite corner. The cathedral rises above the far wall, in centre of composition.
