Painting, watercolour, Brougham Hall, Brougham,
Westmorland, by William Henry Nutter, 1830s.
Summertime; view of the courtyard of a castle the right wing
of which is partially overgrown. The building incorporates
both square and round towers and is partially crenellated.
In the centre a couple walk with their dog. To right, two
gardeners work on the lawn, a pail and a wheelbarrow
standing nearby.
