This housed a four wheel glass sided hearse and its harness. It was purchased by voluntary
subscriptions, 1877. Parishioners had the use of it for free; others paid fifteen
shillings. The hearse is gone, though one negraved glass side is now a window of an
outhouse in Newton. |
