21 October 1897. The window was designed by Sir Edward Burne Jones, made by William

There is a local tradition that Sir Edward Burne Jones, Ford Maddox Brown and William
Morris came to Troutbeck on a fishing holiday, and 'this explains' how the beautiful
window came to be. |
