Painted roughcast walls, under rebuilt graduated greenslate roof with C20 roof lights; brick chimney stack. Single storey, 3 bays with integral former stable. C20 door in original stone surround and C20 casement windows in 2-light stone-mullioned frames. Further left C20 door. Rear has slated C20 porch and similar 2-light windows.
