One wide segmental arch with rubble voussoirs, a stone slate archband and an upper layer of voussoirs over the centre of this; re-built parapets with rounded coping, each with a square refuge corbelled out in the centre (added in 1911) and the ends splayed outwards. (The south half of this item is in Middleton CP.)" |

Stone rubble with some re-inforced concrete. Slightly stepped segmental arch. Plain parapet probably rebuilt. Central bracketed refuges partly of concrete. Roadway is 3m wide." |
