*** THE Medal in Plate II. has been sent us by a Correspondent without any accompanying history, which some of our Readers will possibly supply. of the two inscriptions on the same Plate, fig. 2 (from Mr. Tyler of Petworth) was dug up amongst the ruins of the Court of Cockermouth Castle, belonging to the Earl of Egremont, in Cumberland, in lowering the ground of that Court in 1803. |
