Victoria Hotel,
Bowness-on-Windermere

|
SCOTT'S VICTORIA HOTEL,
BOWNESS, WINDERMERE.
THE Hotel is beautifully situated on an eminence, commanding
an uninterrupted view of the Lake and Mountain Scenery, and
is approached by a short carriage drive, before descending
into the village. Being new within the last seven years, and
since that open for the accommodation of Lodgers and
Boarders, J. S. hopes still to have a share of support, now
that all the advantages of an Hotel are added to his
establishment, and flatters himself that every satisfaction
will be given to those who may favour him with their
patronage.
