scene, is the way between Keswick and Grange, and is seen from the common-gate, near the hall, at Barrow Cascade, one of the seats of Joseph Pocklington, Esq.
Thrush Bank adjoins the road from the chapel to the lake; Melbreak closes the scene, between which and the house is a part of the pleasant valley of Lows Water.
