MILL NEAR KESWICK.

This mill and bridge are situate upon the river Greta, scarcely more than a hundred yards from Keswick; part of Wallow Crag appears between the mill and trees.

GINKING HILL.

On Ginking Hill, the property of Mr. Fisher, stands the building seen in the middle of this view. The distant mountains bound the eastern side of the vale of Derwent.

BRIDGE AT BUTTERMERE.

This rural bridge is upon the road between the village of Buttermere and Scale Force, and is over the river which connects the two lakes of this valley.

POCKLINGTON'S ISLAND, on Derwent Water.

This view is taken from the pleasure grounds of Lord William Gordon, at Water-end. A considerable portion of that beautiful island, the property of Joseph Pocklington, Esq. composes the middle group, and the rugged mountain, Saddle-back, finishes the perspective.

WINDERMERE WATER.

This view is taken near the Ferry Point, on the Westmoreland side of the lake, the distance is that part of Lancashire called Furnace Fells.
