	NB: Not all places in Cumbria are included in these transcriptions. The places in the Old Cumbria Gazetteer designated 'selected place', about four dozen places; places half a dozen other places. Note that there is no entry for Barrow-in-Furness or for Maryport. The entries include information about other places in their vicinity. The county entries have not been transcribed.
