"Alms table and sundial. Dated 1710. Red Penrith sandstone. Large flat stone, similar to a table tomb, supported by 6 chamfered stone legs surmounted by a square sundial. This has iron gnomons; iron pegs at top for missing cap, with various latin inscriptions and GREYSTOKE LAT 54°46", T.G. MDCCX."
