The red bag on the left is the Medisac, splints, bandages, dressings, drugs like morphine, adrenalin, and so on; the blue bag is the Resus bag, a defribrilator, oxygen cylinder which is lightweight carbon fibre nowadays, and airways to assist breathing; the red bag on the right is the Entonox bag, a cylinder of mixed oxygen and a painkiller, nitrous oxide.
